Car theft

My brother’s car was stolen out of the lot where he works about a month ago. He (drove) a Honda Civic and it was not the first Civic to be stolen out of that lot. It was nearly 14 years old! but I guess it’s true what they say about Civics holding their value because of the spare parts market. It reminds me of the time that my car was rifled through. It was parked on my mom’s street for a week while I was traveling for work and I forgot to lock it. Someone went through and stole all my change – except for the pennies. They left me the pennies. That ticked me off the most. What, my pennies aren’t good enough for your grubby, thieving paws? Guess not.

My brother’s insurance company will be settling up with him this week and he’ll go out car shopping.
